 I love an element of surprise in any design. Say having a Neon sofa in a rather classic , simple room setting. Or a lavishly decorated picture frame , in a country house setting.

This to me is a " Sense of Humor " , which we do miss in our usual life .

whats beautiful in vintage styles , is that you can achieve these " humorous " pieces that doesnt cost a dime ! , just paint them yourself , have fun in creating them , then fit them into your life!

I cant wait to start doing that at Madame Sucre boutique once we make it into a reality !

How cool would this be to use on Qarshat el Achar ( pickles jar ) , just cut cotton fabric into circles & place them on top of the jars using rubber bands.. specially cute now that the pickles jar is usually not in the fridge , but is displayed outside on the kitchen counter!
